Altidore has High Praise for Las Vegas Lights; Lauds Local fans

Las Vegas, NV- Toronto FC star striker Jozy Altidore had glowing praise for the Las Vegas Lights FC organization, following Toronto FC’s 5-1 loss to the Las Vegas side.

The high-profile forward and US Men’s National Team standout had the following to say, based on his initial impressions of the team, the frenzied Light’s supporters; and the overall atmosphere at Cashman Field:

“Yeah for the players, its always better to play in front of some fans. Obviously it didn’t go the way we wanted tonight, but its still good to see the Vegas community has a lot of soccer fans here that are looking to try to make this team successful.”
