Houston- The Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey is aggressively going in another direction with trying to get the Rockets back into the finals.
As of today, no player is safe from being traded. Right now, it is speculated for the right price Chris Paul and Clint Capela could be leaving town and getting a new home. After a frustrating series against the Golden State Warriors, which they lost 4-2, rumors were flying that Morey was not happy, as well as the owner of the Rockets and they wanted something to change to get to the next level.
The Rockets had a great regular season being the 4th seed in the playoffs with a 53-29 record, but have failed with getting to their next phase, which is contending in the finals. Chris Paul, James Harden, and Clint Capela are the big three for the Rockets and Morey is saying we need change now, so as of right now all of the players are on the chopping board with getting traded.
While the players are worried about who will stay or who will go, Rockets’ head coach Mike D’Antoni and Morey have been looking for an assistant coach to help out D’Antoni.
The Rockets’ season just ended and it is a massive tornado that will be touching down in Houston when free agency starts. Who will stay and who will get traded?
