UNLV’s Graduating Student Athletes Set for Tuesday’s Ceremony

VEGAS (December 18, 2018) – No less than 28 current and former UNLV student-athletes are eligible to take part in Tuesday’s annual Winter Commencement Ceremonies at the Thomas & Mack Center on campus.

To begin the celebration, the UNLV Athletics Department hosted its annual Senior Send-Off reception for graduates and their families this morning.

Some graduates have remaining eligibility and will compete for their respective teams again next season while pursuing either a master’s or second bachelor’s degree.

Overall, more than 2,000 UNLV undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to participate in this year’s Winter Commencement Ceremonies. Since 1964, UNLV has awarded nearly 136,000 degrees. See the full list below.
