Celebrating its second year, the Lace Up Mentorship Program selects three Clark County School District High School Girls Basketball Programs to take part in a series of workshops, on and off the court, to learn about college applications and recruiting, financial literacy, and professional development.
The teams also receive mentorship from Aces players, a complimentary invitation to an Aces basketball clinic, free tickets to an Aces game, and the opportunity to work on a community service project with Aces players.
Teams submitted essays in November of 2019 to be among the high schools selected to participate in this year’s program.
