Video: Ava Knight on the rise of women’s boxing

“I want to empower people to love their self and take care of them self” – Ava Knight

Yesterday Boxing veteran Ava Knight held an open workout at the UFC gym for charity were they took a donation for the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.

After the event, I had the opportunity to interview Ava about her upcoming fight in Memphis and her thoughts on women boxing today. While we were speaking she also talked about sparring Joe Jonas, what legend she would’ve wanted to fight and her legacy.

Check out Ava Knight vs Crystal Hoy on May 17th at FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee
